This update highlights the water program at Heritage University (HU). HU, a private liberal arts Hispanic-serving institution located in Washington’s Yakima Valley, has joined the PNW Water Team. Dr. Kazuhiro Sonoda is HU’s representative on our team. HU will concentrate on environmental issues associated with concentrated animal feeding operations and large dairies in the Yakima Valley.
