PNW 035: Project W.E.T. in Northeastern Washington

This project was funded by a USDA-NIFA 406 Water Quality Programs grant. Over 4,000 youth participated in this program. PNW 003: Voluntary Monitoring Education

A 15-hour short course on voluntary water monitoring by local citizens was delivered in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho with the support of USDA-NIFA funds in 1999-2000. The course includes eight hours of classroom training and seven hours in the field doing physical, biological, and chemical assessments of surface waters.
