Northwest Indian College (NWIC) is a 1994 Tribal Land Grant College and the only tribal college in the Pacific Northwest that conducts marine-related research and education. NWIC has three major water related laboratories — a water quality lab, a GIS lab, and a seaponds fisheries lab.
